Price wise, when's the best time to cruise?

I feel like such a heel. I didn't see the fine print where Grand Turk requires vaccination. It's too late to get it, therefore, they can't get off the boat. I booked the cruise for my wife and daughter. Can someone put my mind at ease and tell me it's not THAT big of a deal? I feel terrible.
