Kendall James-Vargas Posted November 26 Posted November 26 What's the cheapest way to cruise on RCL as a family of 6? My children have been dying to cruise on RCL, but I haven't been able to find a reasonably priced stateroom for my large family of 6. I want to give them the trust RCL experience but everything I'm looking at is priced so high! I figured not booking a suite is the best way to handle it, but what other stateroom types would you recommend to get the cost down? Quote
tinktinkchrys Posted November 26 Posted November 26 If you & another adult will be going you can book connecting rooms, even one room being balcony with connected inside & the bonus is you'd have 2 bathrooms. Choosing a room # look for one near bathroom in case it's needed quickly. As a tip for whichever room you get so family isn't fighting over bathrooms you're able to use the gyms large locker rooms to get ready in You can also use cruise compete so that agents bid for your cruise fare. I've recently gotten a fantastic deal on MSC Seascape using the site. Also if you're not set on RCL MSC is considerably cheaper w the same things kids would enjoy. 1 Quote
3Sisters Posted November 27 Posted November 27 @tinktinkchrys Two bathrooms is a huge bonus to this setup! I like this idea of a balcony connected to an interior stateroom. This is genius! Thanks for sharing that. As someone with a large family, I have to typically cruise with two staterooms, but I never thought about one interior and one balcony. That's next level genius! The locker room tip is another fabulous tip. You really know your stuff. You must have experience with this. Quote
