Hurricane Rafael

Hurricane Rafael is stirring up the Gulf right now, and destroyed parts of Cuba as a Category 3. Now the hurricane has weakened some, but it's still off the coast of Mexico making waves. Many ships will be avoiding Rafael's wake, like Carnival Jubilee headed back to Galveston, TX. Hopefully Rafael doesn't cause any itinerary changes over the weekend.
