LukeJ Posted October 3 Share Posted October 3 Getting companies to listen is the hardest part these days. I feel if they can get away with certain things, then they will. The only way it changes if there are enough voices to create a scene, and they feel they have no option but to make a change to stop any negative feedback. It is a shame that companies will only react if it could potentially cause them any damage rather than listening to the consumer as part of a good customer service option. Unless people complain the cruise lines won't change. Writing in a review, comments area post cruise questionnaire is another way to get the cruise line's attention. Since I'm not affected it's hard for me to understand or relate unless someone like @Disabledcruiser sheds light on the issue. Thanks for bringing awareness to this topic! I appreciate staying in the loop with all cruise news such as this info. These are big impacting changes that are important to know about, especially for new cruisers!
