P&O - Discriminating against mobility

Getting companies to listen is the hardest part these days. I feel if they can get away with certain things, then they will. The only way it changes if there are enough voices to create a scene, and they feel they have no option but to make a change to stop any negative feedback. It is a shame that companies will only react if it could potentially cause them any damage rather than listening to the consumer as part of a good customer service option.

@LukeJ Starting on the boards is a great place to start. If others feel the same way they will speak up about it too. Unless people complain the cruise lines won't change. Writing in a review, comments area post cruise questionnaire is another way to get the cruise line's attention. Since I'm not affected it's hard for me to understand or relate unless someone like @Disabledcruiser sheds light on the issue. Thanks for bringing awareness to this topic!
