I know people hype up travel agents, but I can typically find better deals just by booking myself directly through the line. Costco has some good prices for cruises occasionally. The customer service agents can be excellent at helping to book a cruise and finding the best stateroom to meet your needs. When you book through AAA, do you get better rates?
