Cruise Hive
With some much discussion about Carnival Cruise Line protocols and questions on what to do, it's always advised to read through the full Have Fun. Be Safe. protocols here: https://www.carnival.com/Legal/covid-19-legal-notices/covid-19-guest-protocols It's also important to read through the "Return to Service FAQs" where there are more details. pauline drew
In light of the recent Omicron news what options do we have to cancel our cruise on the qm2 on 14th Jan for 28 days?
Chrystal
As of last night, Carnival gave me 3 options. 1. Cancel my cruise and receive a full refund. 2. Cancel and get a FCC. 3. Switch cruise boats. All without any penalties. If you are having trouble calling Carnival, you can always punch the button to "cancel your cruise" and they will answer. 🙂 Hope this helps!
Enjoythejourney22
When I log into my Carnival account there is a link near the top that says "cancelation options ". When I click on the link it gives me the opportunity to cancel with 100% refund.
