Canada’s dropping of Covid 19 requirements

Does anyone know if Celebrity has reacted to Transport Canada announcing on Sept 26 that effective Oct 1st they are dropping all COVID 19 requirements to enter Canada.  We are booked on the Celebrity Summit going to New England and Eastern Canada on Oct 3rd?  Do we still have to show a negative COVID test prior to Boarding?  Thanks.

It looks like Celebrity Cruises still require pre-cruise testing for cruises visiting and departing from Canada, taken at least 3 days prior to sailing.  https://www.celebritycruises.com/healthy-at-sea/us-travel-requirements-visiting-canada
