I to am puzzled by your experience but also your lack of preparation or research into what you had and had not purchased. I just came off the Grandeur. And made an offhand comment to the Assistant Waiter that I loved Indian food but would not eat it because it was made for the masses or Americans which has no spice. He brought me an exquisite variety over the next nine days of wonderful Indian curry. Many times it is just a case of letting your wants or needs be known. Oh well your loss I will be in the main dining room

We have three friends who recently went on voyager and were told in the MDR that they were limited to one appetizer, one entree and one dessert. They were looking to get a soup, and salad with their appetizer and were denied. Anyone know if this is a misinterpretation or new company policy?..

After spending over 8 hours on hold being transferred and then disconnected we have canceled our dream cruise to Barbados. Air2Sea would not send written confirmations of flights and transfers to the hotel they booked and the terminal. they gave me a lump fee but nothing showing the transfers I lost all faith in their abilities when they could not look at a reservation they made and see that they reserved the hotel, air flights and the cruise. Depending on who you talk to they would give you differing information. Be careful!!!!
