Norwegian has canceled on my clients 3 times already. I am a travel agent and originally the cancelation was due to covid which is perfectly acceptable. The client then booked the Jewel for a Panama Canal cruise to replace the original canceled cruise using the future cruise credit option. NCL proceeded to cancel the Jewel stating a refurbishment would be taking place making the client decide to book the March 20 Panama Canal cruise. Again, the same thing happens stating a refurbishment. Needless to say the clients are very upset and have no way to get their original money back because "cruise credit" was used and now they really want to book with another cruise line. NCL is holding back the return to sail on many of their ships for financial reasons, yet they continue to let people book advertised sailings and hold their money for as long as possible. NCL should be ashamed at the way they are treating their customers.
