Hi, Jim. How long did it take you all to get your refund? We were told by Royal customer service that it will take 30-45 days from the cancellation date to see a refund.

I was looking to find out how that cruise went because we were booked for it, and had to cancel it.  So, out of five islands that were on the initial itinerary for this holiday cruise, you have visited only two- CocoCay and St. Maarten, correct? Were you able to go around St. Maarten on your own, or only with RC tours?

Could someone please tell me how is Allure of the Seas tour that sailed off from Fort Lauderdale on December 30 going?
