What do Royal Caribbean do regarding tests for travellers on B2B cruises?

Can anyone who has recently cruised or planning to soon update me about which antigen test they took to board the plane and use to go on Royal Caribbean cruise?

We are planning to fly to USA day before our cruise and worry test result will be back before we fly or we can't even get on the plane and then a back to back cruise and then pcr to get back into UK. Hoping people going before is give us some advice!
