I responded to another thread with a link to an article that indicates a Dec 13th opening, but nothing official from Carnival still. Pretty frustrating since they already know the details, but haven’t shared with the travelers.

Depends on the date you’re traveling, but this looks promising.

Still no official communication from Carnival on which ship they’ve designated as the replacement for the Horizon ship for the 26th-31st cruise to Eastern Caribbean. 

The Dec 26th Eastern Caribbean 5-day cruise on the Horizon will now be on the Liberty ship since the horizon will be dry-docked.
