we were on Holland America Niue stattendam when the ship stoped in Port Royal on11-25-2021. we attempted to get off at 11Am but the captain said all passengers could not get off. A time to get off would be offered but not sure how long. Something about the paper work. We were allowed to get off after 2p pm however rain began and lasted until after 3:30 Pm and on board was at 4:30pm. therefore we did not get off.
