Just to let you know, we’re in Edinburgh, Scotland. MSC are becoming very well known for letting customers in Europe down. We’re actually having a week in the Canary Islands in Lanzarote next week, Just to chill. Still miss the thought of visiting a few of the ports in the Mediterranean that we haven’t visited. We had lunch in Milan and dinner in Genova planned for our first day. 😥

Yes there are. NCL cruises are superb.

We were given just about two weeks notice. MSC have never been great for customer service but we chose this cruise just for a short break as the ship looked beautiful and the itinerary great. They are not interested in the loss of money for our flights. Really poor on their part.

MSC cancelled our cruise out of Genova due to maintenance issues. We are hundreds of pounds out of pocket for flights which they refuse to refund
