  1. The CDC No Sail Orders, their mask mandates for airlines and ban on international travelers were all violation of the basic articles and principles of the International Health Regulations. It didn't matter what administration it was, both have perpetuated the violations of this internationally agreed upon by 196 nations on how to conduct international travel both by plane and by ship. It clearly spells out requirements, that frankly have not been met by most of the G20 nations of the world. Why? It was agreed that these regulations were necessary after the Spanish Flu pandemic not to duplicate the damage to world trade and the world economy after the shutdowns and isolationism that was caused by the last pandemic. It clearly mandated that if more restrictive public health measures were to be made they would have to be scientifically justified and made public to all nations to object. This has not been done. Why? It is up to the member nations to enforce this as it is agreed upon that the agreements do not give rise to an individuals right of enforcement in a court of law. But without enforcement it like so many treaties are just empty words. Why bother with them? Could it be that if this particular set of International Regulations had been followed that we would not have had the pandemic in the first place? Probably so. But now there are those that believe that two wrongs will make a right.
