Maryse, I'm not sure about any of that but I'd like to interrupt your topic and twist it a little. I think the Mardi Gras ship belongs at the Port of New Orleans for my July 16, 2023 family cruise. I just don't understand why it's departing from Port Canaveral and not from the place that fits the name and culture! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ Sorry to rain on your post! ☺️

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...move the Carnival Mardi Gras to the Port of New Orleans PLEASE?!!! 🙏🏽😊 I am scheduling a large family cruise in July of 2023. We'll be traveling down the Mississippi River by Amtrak and I see that the Carnival Glory is departing from New Orleans instead of the Carnival Mardi Gras. I'd LOVE to crusie on your new ship!
