Can anyone tell me of closed ports to cruise ships in the Caribbean?

I am scheduled to be on the Carnival Horizon on January sailing to Aruba, Bonaire, Amber Cove and LaRomona. Does anyone know if these countries have closed their ports to cruise ships?

This applies to sailings through January 31, 2022. My sailing is on January 22, 2022.

All sailings through January 31, 2022 are eligible for a full refund, not sure when you are going to be cruising.

I have "heard" that the crew members are tested several times a week, whether or not they have symptoms or not.

The Horizon is on the way back to Miami as we speak. It is estimated to be in the Port of Miami on January 20th, just in time for our January 22nd sailing! -
As of last night, Carnival gave me 3 options. 1. Cancel my cruise and receive a full refund. 2. Cancel and get a FCC. 3. Switch cruise boats. All without any penalties. If you are having trouble calling Carnival, you can always punch the button to "cancel your cruise" and they will answer. 🙂 Hope this helps!

I feel better cruising on the Horizon on that date because we are going to be the very first sailing since the dry dock. Since most of the positive cases are crew members, I would think they would be in quarantine beforehand, hence not having any issues. That is assuming, that the mechanical issue are fixed.
